Our Wood Structures
All of our buildings are built by skilled and experienced Mennonite craftsmen from across the United States. We are progressively researching innovative technologies and new and improved products to continue bringing our customers a quality building that is in fact the best in the business. A Premier building!
Below are some key features of our wood structures:

All buildings come standard with a 30-year metal roof

We use 2″x6″ floor joists set into notched 4″ x 6″ ground skids for added building stability.

All buildings have 5/8″ tongue-and-groove floors

Truss plates are used on all joints for maximum stability

50 year warranty on DuraTemp® siding

Diamond plate thresholds on all door openings.
Our Metal Structures
All of our buildings are manufactured at our two production facilities in Wills Point, TX to ensure the best quality. Our experienced building crew can deliver portable buildings or build larger buildings onsite throughout Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana. Many of our buildings are also available in easy-to-assemble kits that can be shipped throughout the continental US.
Below are some key features of our metal structures:

Stormor Warranty
We offer a five-year workmanship warranty. It protects against errors made during the construction of the shed. Our warranty does not cover everyday wear and tear, aging or maintenance of the building.
Other components of the shed are covered by the warranty from that particular company:
LP® SmartSide® Siding: 50-year warranty
LP® and AdvanTech Floor: 5-year warranty
LP® SmartSide® Trim: 10-year warranty
Caliber Metal Roof: 30-year warranty
Texwin Warranty
Limited Warranty is valid to the original purchaser
Seller warrants all steel frame units against rusting though for 10 years.
Seller warrants roofing material on vertical roof buildings for 20 years against rust through.
Seller warrants workmanship to be free of defects for a period of 90 days.
Seller warrants windows, entry doors and roll up doors for 90 days against workmanship defects. Components are guaranteed to be free of defects for 1 year. This warranty does not include maintenance, normal wear or damage beyond the manufacturer’s control, or replacement labor. Any alteration or abuse of the Unit shall void such limited warranties.
